What is The Capture series 3 about?
The new storyline explores a world where deepfakes and manipulated footage blur the line between truth and deception.

It is set 12 months after Rachel Carey broadcast a live deepfake of a government minister that exposed the UK intelligence service's secret video manipulation programme known as Correction.
As an inquiry into the unlawful use of Correction unfolds, Carey has become Acting Commander of Counter Terrorism Command.
She is focused on restoring public trust in surveillance technology through the new Operation Veritas camera system.
A brutal and highly coordinated act of terror then strikes at the heart of the British establishment and leaves just one witness behind.
Carey's investigation draws her into a growing geopolitical crisis affecting politics, security services and the media.
The conspiracy reaches deep into the State as she finds herself with fewer allies to trust.

The series is created, written and executive produced by BAFTA award-winning Ben Chanan.
It is produced by Heyday Television, part of Universal International Studios, for BBC iPlayer and BBC One.
