Big Brother has been rocked by a flood of complaints, with more than 600 furious viewers contacting Ofcom over recent episodes.
The hit ITV series found itself at the centre of a new controversy, after two explosive instalments left fans outraged and demanding action.
Why are viewers complaining to Ofcom about Big Brother?
The bulk of the backlash stems from housemate Caroline Monk, who became the focus of 398 complaints following an episode that aired on October 7.
During a game inside the house, Caroline was seen misgendering trans housemate Zelah Glasson, a moment that shocked both her fellow contestants and viewers at home.

Later, the incident prompted Big Brother producers to issue Caroline a formal warning. She made comments widely slammed as transphobic.
After that, Caroline was summoned to the Diary Room, where she was told her words were "offensive and unacceptable."
She was also warned that any further behaviour of a similar nature could see her kicked out of the house altogether.
What exactly did Caroline Monk say?
In the episode, Caroline pointed to Zelah and said in front of the other housemates: "She's a girl!"
Her comment came after she asked pansexual contestant Nancy which housemate she fancied most. She joked she should pick someone she could "carry on civilisation" with.

When Nancy chose Zelah, Caroline shouted: "She's a girl!" before doubling down with: "But you haven't got a willy. Is that really bad?"
The remark left her co-stars stunned and visibly uncomfortable as they urged her to stop.
Big Brother later told her: "Caroline, Big Brother thinks that your language in these instances was offensive and unacceptable and cannot permit you to use language in a way that could cause offence to your fellow Housemates and the viewing public."
What happened between Feyisola and Cameron B?
Meanwhile, a further 261 complaints poured in following the live eviction episode last Friday. It centred on a fiery row between housemates Feyisola and Cameron B.

The heated exchange left fans appalled, with many accusing Feyisola of bullying behaviour towards Cameron.
An Ofcom spokesperson confirmed: "The majority of complaints related to Feyisola's behaviour towards Cameron."
