ITV is bringing viewers a brand new factual series exploring the remarkable wildlife living alongside humans in some of the world's biggest cities.
World's Wildest Cities is a six-part natural history series coming to ITV, ITVX, STV and STV Player next year.

The series will explore how animals are not only surviving in major cities, but adapting to urban life and finding new ways to thrive.

From finding food to communicating through traffic noise, the animals featured in the series have developed remarkable ways of coping with their changing surroundings.
Which cities feature in World's Wildest Cities?
World's Wildest Cities will visit five major cities across the globe, with each episode focusing on a different location.
The cities featured are Rio de Janeiro, New York, Melbourne, Singapore and London.
In New York, the series will reveal how mice are adapting to break down inedible pizza cheese.
London's urban foxes are developing shorter snouts which are better suited to ripping open bin bags, giving them an increasingly dog-like appearance.
In Rio de Janeiro, marmosets are altering their calls so they can communicate over the noise of the city's traffic.

The series will introduce viewers to a surprising collection of animals that have made major cities their home.
Possums, penguins, giant monitor lizards, monkeys, foxes, mice and marmosets are among the wildlife featured.
The programme will show how these animals use ingenuity, bravery and cunning to navigate the challenges of urban life.
The series will also explore how cities are becoming important sanctuaries for some creatures as wild areas continue to degrade.
What will happen in the World's Wildest Cities Behind the Scenes episode?
The sixth and final episode of World's Wildest Cities will take viewers behind the scenes of the series.
The special episode will reveal how the programme was filmed while also exploring the science behind some of the unusual animal adaptations featured throughout the series.
State-of-the-art cinematography will capture the wildlife's daily struggles, including dramas, love stories and battles for food as the animals adapt to life in the city.
Who makes World's Wildest Cities?
World's Wildest Cities is produced by BAFTA and Emmy Award-winning Plimsoll Productions, which is part of ITV Studios.
The series is produced in association with ITV Studios, which will also distribute it internationally.
BAFTA and Emmy Award-winning Mark Brownlow and Alex Rankin serve as Executive Producers, while award-winning Doug Mackay-Hope is Series Producer.
The series builds on ITV's factual programming, including A Force of Nature and A Year On Planet Earth.
