ITV viewers were left stunned when a presenter dropped a shocking C-bomb during the lunchtime news on Thursday.
Nina Hossain was hosting the network's midday bulletins when she accidentally called Jeremy Hunt "Mr C**t" before correcting herself.

She was speaking to a reporter when she said: "You spoke to Mr C**t… Mr Hunt, how did he respond to calls for her to resign?"

Fans flocked to X, formally Twitter, after hearing the side-splitting blooper play out live on-air this afternoon.
One wrote: "Nina Hossain's legendary slip of the tongue on #ITVnews just now. Mr C*nt indeed."
Another added: "Oooooh #NinaHossain dropped a clanger on the #itvnews just now. To be fair …..we all think it."
Someone else said: "Did she just say Mr.C**t on the news instead of Mr.Hunt?"

Nina addressed the ordeal at the end of the programme, telling viewers, "apologies for my slip of the tongue there."

Moments before another swear word aired during one of the show's live elements, a reporter was photobombed before saying an expletive.
Viewers were still loving Nina's previous clanger though, with a final concluding: "JeremyHunt just got called Mr c**t on #itvnews = happy lunch time."
Another said: "please don't apologies you got his name right the first time." (sic)
It's not the first time ITV have made such a blunder, presenter Robert Peston did something similar in 2022.
Talking about Mr Hunt's planned cuts to public spending, he said: "That means the hole in the public finances is bigger than it would have been, and Jeremy C***'s – Hunt's – cuts will be more painful."
