Over recent years there has been public outrage over celebrities who have gone to strange lengths in order to look whiter.
Lil' Kim, Nicki Minaj and even Beyonce are a few of the celebs to have been accused of whitening their skin.
One (white) woman said: "Looking brill, but why you paler than me?"
Another said: "Is this airbrushed? Looking very light lol"
Mel B has slammed the skin-bleaching claims by simply commenting "I do need a tan".
The most notable celeb to endorse skin-bleaching is Vybz Kartel, who not only admits to skin-bleaching, but also has launched his his own skin lightening cosmetic range.
Kartel claims he likes his new image: "You can expect the unexpected, I feel comfortable with black people lightening their skin.
"They want a different look. It's tantamount to white people getting a sun tan."
Seb Eubank, professional boxer, appeared outraged to see Mel's light skinned image: "Bleached up your skin and disrespected the very melanin that's making you look so young. Sad foolishness"

When Mel's fans fired back in defence, he responded: "Even if she hasn't, she better spend some of that money on a holiday".
He mentioned how the blonde hair doesn't help because her natural hair is a "good reminder for mixed girls".
Eubank finished by saying: "this looks like a white lady".
