SCOTT Mills has been announced as the new host of the BBC Radio 1 Official Chart Show after changes to the stations schedule come into play.
The BBC's plan is to "reinvent the way young people listen to the radio" with a new army of presenters and shows.
Scott's new role isn't the only change at the station, Dev and Alice Levine will host a new weekend breakfast show called "Radio 1's Weekend Breakfast".
While TV personality, Maya Jama, will take on a new Friday morning show from 10am to 1pm called "Radio 1's Greatest Hits".

The corporation say that Maya will bring all the fun and energy of her Saturday show to Fridays.
Mills' partner in crime, Chris Stark, heard of his co-presenter's news, he tweeted: "How sweet is this, I'm hoping Mills Mum is on as well."
Scott said: "I was sat with my Mum when I got this news, and she actually cried because I've been pretending to do the chart show on Radio 1 since I was 8 years old.

"I've filled in on the show so much over the years, and I can't believe it's actually mine, I'm beyond excited!"
The changes don't stop there, Mollie King will partner up with Matt Edmondson on Friday afternoons from 1pm to 4pm for Mollie's first permanent show on the station.
