Love Island winner Jess Harding has been accused of promoting "fake" weight loss schemes and 'scamming poor people'.
The season 10 star has been called a "liar" after sharing a post on her Instagram about a toning and fat burning body treatment.
She shared before and after snaps of her stunning figure, telling her 780,000 followers she'd had the EMSCULPT procedure.
Replying to her bikini-clad pictures, one fan said: "I've had Emsculpt, it was very expensive and for you to make poor girls believe they get results like that from one session you think that's fair do you?"
"I'm not negative, I hate liars and fakes. And it's unfair what you doing," they added.
Jess, who won Love Island alongside ex-boyfriend Sammy Root, shared a screenshot of the cruel troll's message on her Story.

"I've literally paid for a session and loved the results, what's your issue," she replied.
The troll clapped back: "I liked you until you started being fake. You bragged in the villa about being natural and not going to the gym etc, but that was short lived too."
Jess replied: "If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.
"Yes because I wanted to start the gym because I feel great after it and wanted to tone up," she concluded before blocking the user.
She rose to fame after ITV's tenth season of Love Island, winning alongside Sammy before the pair went their separate ways weeks later.
