BANKRUPT Katie Price could face an "unlimited fine" over suspicions of a second-hand car shop at her Mucky Mansion.
The former glamour model was already under the investigation by the council over the alleged business earlier last year.
Council officials were looking into the reported 'running of a second-hand car business' – but the case was closed last March.
Now a second case has been reopened and is 'pending consideration' while bosses decide on enforcement action.
"I can confirm is that there are no car sales taking place at Kate's property," a representative for the mum-of-five said previously.
Storing and selling cars from a private residential address could be classed as an unauthorised 'change of use' – leading to hefty fines.
Someone guilty of an offence could face an 'unlimited fine'.
It comes after the reality TV star welcomed her on-and-off ex fiancé Carl Woods back into the West Sussex property.
"Katie and Carl are back together but she's trying to keep it secret as not all of her family and friends approve," claims a source.
"He's already living back in the house and she's wearing the engagement ring again," they told The Sun.
