Instead of the usual trip to Weatherfield, ITV will broadcast the Newcastle United vs Tottenham Hotspur Carabao Cup clash in Corrie's slot.

Coronation Street will return on Thursday at 8pm on ITV, picking up with the much-anticipated comeback of Catherine Tyldesley as Eva Price.
Her character returns to the cobbles alongside her new family, The Driscolls, marking her first appearance since 2018.

Eva arrives back in Weatherfield with her new husband Ben Driscoll, played by Aaron McCusker.
In her comeback scenes, Ben surprises Eva by revealing he's bought the Rovers Return Inn.
He tells her she's the new landlady, putting Eva firmly back behind the bar for the first time in seven years.
Eva's reunion with her sisters Leanne and Toyah Battersby, played by Jane Danson and Georgia Taylor, promises plenty of fiery family drama.
