Frankie Bridge says she was left feeling "uncomfortable" after a disturbing run-in with a strange man on the way home on the train.
The Saturdays singer got candid about the story during Friday morning's episode of Loose Women, alongside bandmate Mollie King.
She recalled the moment she was left fearing for her safety as she was forced to step off the train in the middle of the night.
Talking about women's safety, the 35-year-old explained: "I live quite far outside London, so I will never get the train home on my own at night or after a night out, because [the carriage] gets quieter and quieter."
She added: "And I have got off the train before of being on my own in a carriage with a man and he was acting strange and he made me really uncomfortable.

"But then I found myself in a position where I'd got off the train, I was in an area I didn't know, that was quiet, it was dark, I didn't know where to get a cab from.
"And I was like 'Now am I in an any safer situation?"
The conversation turned to Mollie as the panel probed the pair on a possible reunion for The Saturdays.
"We always say never say never," Frankie admitted.
"We have no current plans but we always say never say never because everyone still gets on so what's to say, why not do it one day?"
Loose Women continues weekdays on ITV and ITVX
