THE CABINS contestant Sarah Hutchinson has opened up about her dramatic weight loss journey over the course of two years.
The reality TV star left ITV's new dating show last night (January 7) in an exclusive relationship with her campmate Charlotte.
Now, with her new-found Instagram fame, Sarah has revealed to her 20,000 followers a recent weight loss battle.
"Less than two years ago I was not massive – but lost," she said.

"I was unhealthy, my behaviours were unacceptable, my thought processes uncontrollable, my alcohol intake was pass out point every single day.
"I was oblivious on how to cope without narcotics.
"Losing weight to me wasn't just losing weight it was transforming my mind and learning the element of control.
"Teaching myself discipline, it was setting goals and it became my life, a life I had control over, a life I took something other than hate from.
"A life that taught me to love myself and a life that teaches me something new every single day."
