SAM DEWHURST has left little to the imagination after showing off her body transformation since a holiday in Ibiza a few years ago.
The ITV 2 reality star posted the 'transformation Tuesday' snap to her 80,000 Instagram followers yesterday afternoon (May 7).
She asked her fans to leave a comment if any of them have had a similar body transformation and told her female followers to "embrace their body".

She said: It wasn't until a year after when I split from my ex that I started to weight train, eat more and worry less about becoming 'hench'.
"I never really weigh myself but I just wanted to prove a point that building curves is a process.
"If you ever feel like you've put on weight, so what, embrace it. Embrace your female body and be proud of it.
"I actually weigh less than the right pic now because I'm cutting for holiday and a sour break up didn't help… but I'm back on track, 2019s my year."
