The Twitter troll replied to the awards ceremony picture, they said: "Is it just me that thinks @MissGeorgiakx [Georgia] has wrecked herself?"
Replying to the abuse, Georgia said: Is it just me who thinks it's weird that you would even think I would give a sh*t about your opinion?"
Georgia's response was 'liked' more than 800 times within hours of the Tweet being sent and the troll, who has just 262 followers, has not yet responded.
Katie Thistleton, BBC Radio 1 DJ, said: "How can people think it's ok to tag someone in a negative critique of their appearance? You are gorgeous now and always have been."
The TOWIE star says she is "bored of women trying to drag me down" and she blames a nose job she had done more than one year ago for the online abuse.
She added: "I would never slate someone's appearance and just because my job is on TV doesn't mean I have to put up with women slating me.
"I'm getting so bored of women trying to drag me down because I had my nose done over a year ago, get over it."
