A MAN left bleeding in the street after he was stabbed in the leg also had his mobile phone stolen, the Met Police have revealed.
The 27-year-old man was reportedly walking in Edgware Road, Westminster on Friday, January 4 when a man stabbed him in the leg and took his phone.
The victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was found by paramedics and police officers suffering from his injuries.
Yesterday (January 5), police officers arrested and charged a 25-year-old man with GBH and theft of a mobile phone.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "We were called on Friday to reports of a robbery in Edgware Road, Westminster.
"Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service and found a man suffering from a stab injury to his leg.
"The 27-year-old man was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. He was discharged later that evening.
"A 25-year-old man was arrested and taken to a nearby police station, where he was charged with Section 18 GBH and theft of a mobile phone."
