POP on the kettle and grab the blanket, the popular TV show, 'Shipwrecked' returning to our screens and with brand new presenter, Vick Hope.
For the first time since 2011, Shipwrecked has returned to our televisions with a brand new presenter, the gorgeous Vick Hope.
She gave us the ultimate feels on Strictly Come Dancing despite her originally admitting she was petrified, and now she's kicked off the dancing shoes ready for this new venture.
The intelligent Vick Hope graduated from Cambridge University after studying modern languages.
Her work has varied from the Disney Channel's Saturday morning show all the way through to the rise of online horror in The Slenderman Killings.
Can she face the island and the challenges that may rise… especially the humidity, seriously how are her beautiful locks going to cope with that?!
That's why her hair is so big, it's full of secrets. I recommend a bulk order of insect repellent.
Vick was a huge fan of the show back in its heyday, so her enthusiasm is bound to shine through.
She said: "My friends and I would be so invested in all the tribal twists and turns on Shark and Tiger Island.
"It's a real honour to get to have the first sneak peek at winter's hottest reality show."
For those of you who don't remember Shipwrecked back in 2011, contestants are sent to a tropical island in the South Pacific and compete in a series of challenges.
The two teams, Tigers and Sharks battle it out to win challenges. It's the perfect combination of I'm a Celebrity and Love Island… but on steroids.
So, what do the winners receive other than a sunburn and insect bites? £50k is awarded to the winner at the end of the series, do you think they still have any spaces?
I think these bold, daring adventurers are going to need everything they can get, morale will be low, the heat will be exhausting, and they'll be living on rations.
They need to work together and be smart if they want to win. Will Vick be able to turn their frowns upside down?
Abigail Adams, executive producer said: "We're delighted to once again be working with Vick Hope. Her humour and warmth shine through the series."
After the success of Love Island, will Shipwrecked make a marvellous comeback or will it blow over? I think I'll load up on the crisps and dips now because I am SO ready for this.
Coming to our screens in early 2019, but who will we see on this new adventure? Guess we will have to wait and see…
