EX-LOVE Island star Arabella Chi says the Covid-19 lockdown and split from Wes Nelson put her in her "lowest times".
The 29-year-old penned a reflective post on Instagram this morning (December 31) and revealed 2020 "made me lose myself".
She said: "As the last day of 2020 is now here I wanted to reflect on this year as at times it has certainly been a challenging year for us all.
"And a very uncertain year but I also have achieved some unbelievable things which I am so grateful for.
"Starting the year going through a public breakup was tough and then going into lockdown on and off for the rest of the year made me lose myself as a person.
"Looking back on this year I can say I had some of my lowest times but also some of my happiest and I feel that I am putting this year behind me at my happiest point.
"I built back my friendship with my best friend @charlotteeveedwards who is more like a sister to me now.
"I also realised how important the type of people you surround yourself with and the energy they give off and how lucky I am so have the support of my friends who have been there for me so much this year.
"I was still fortunate to travel lots with work and spend the summer in Ibiza which is something I have always wanted to do.
"I have been focused and driven with my work and I am so grateful to work with the brands I do and have an amazing manager.
"And finally I bought a flat in central London which was my biggest achievement of all.
"I appreciate every single follower that's follows me old and new , and I am excited to see what next year brings."
Chi is a British model who is best known for being a contestant on ITV's hit TV show Love Island in 2019.
