A MAN has been arrested after he was found by police officers "looking suspicious" while walking with a large knife in a Camden street.
One officer spotted the man on Greenland Road "messing around with his waistband" – they conducted a stop and search and found the giant blade.
The man was arrested and charged by police officers this afternoon (January 6) who are proud to say another knife has been removed from the streets of London.

A spokesman for Camden Town Police said: "An excellent spot by one of our team who noticed the male on Greenland Road messing around with his waistband.
"A stop and search was conducted and it turns out this [the knife] was what he was messing around with! Arrested, charged and another knife recovered."
People on social media have praised the officers. Some are calling for tougher prison sentences for those who are caught carrying a knife – big or small.
