WHEN was the last time you tried something new?
Something you've wanted to do, but have been scared of doing just in case you make a fool of yourself?
Well if it's been a long time, then what are you waiting for?
Life is always moving forward, it isn't going to slow down or stop so you can catch a breath.
If you stand in one spot too long because of fear it'll pass you by and before you know it, you'll be spending far too much energy on regrets.
It's no way to live!
But, I wouldn't be Sarah if I didn't throw some understanding in this whole standing still and being afraid to try something new would I?
I know exactly what it feels like to allow fear of failure stop you from living.
I know how irrational it sounds and how stupid it makes you feel.
I know trust me I know.

You can either wait for life to make your life uncomfortable so you have to move or you can take charge, give zero care and just do it!
Do it because you have so much to gain than lose!
Even if you fail you still learn something, it just means the next time you'll get better and it'll be more fun.
I know this sounds so cliché but look at how many times babies have to fall while trying to learn how to walk.
We never stop being babies in life and just because we can walk and talk now doesn't mean we are done falling in order to grow!
You can start small if you want, do little things you've always wanted to do and build up from there.
The more you become used to being daring the easier it gets.
So don't be scared!
Go out there and do all the things you've always wanted to do.
Forget people are watching and just do it.
It's all waiting for you!
